A simple and refreshing breakfast that you can enjoy right away while it's warm or make it the night before and take it with you.
Ingredients:
- 30g of almonds
- 2 dates without pulp
- 250 ml of water
- 80g of oatmeal
- 1 spoon of chive seeds
- 1 banana
- 100g of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
Preparation:
1. Make homemade almond milk by blending half of the almonds with dates and water until there are no lumps.
2. In a small saucepan, at a low temperature with occasional stirring, briefly cook the oatmeal with almond milk, until they absorb most of the liquid.
3. Mix chia seeds and banana cut into rings into the porridge.
4. Decorate with strawberries, coconut flour and the rest of the almonds.
